I read the 5 star reviews and honestly had such high hopes of this firm being fantastic. Unfortunately, very less than average is what my son got. Staff certainly dont go above and beyond and they certainly dont use any initiative to problem solve. Calls aren't returned, updates aren't given, not even a letter to advise the next court date. I was even told by one in the office that she didnt know how to look up a Court date. Also not a good idea to discuss with a client how big of a case load you have while your on the clock being paid to discuss that clients case. Make sure you also read ALL of the 1 star reviews so your also not frustrated and dissapointed. Staff could do with some actual CUSTOMER SERVICE training. 👌 On a positive note I would however employ their Marketing Manager in a heart beat. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is.
