These solicitors acted for the vendors. One month after completion they wrote saying they had underestimated the fees by $136. We paid this. One month later our solicitors received a request for $394 citing another error. Meanwhile they did not register the transfer and we were unable to claim our pensioners discount. I paid the amount and wrote directly to them requesting an explanation and apology. They replied 2 days later by writing to our solicitors not us, just saying it was an unfortunate error, but we must still pay. Cowboys!
