I would highly recommend using Neilan Stramandinoli Family Law. Through a very stressful and uncertain time, I always felt very supported by Anna and her team through this family law process. From the legal assistants who were always very helpful and prompt in replying to my enquiries to Anna who is a very professional, experienced and compassionate family lawyer. Anna’s strength is her ability to always explain the complexities of family law in a very clear and concise manner that makes it easier to understand. I always knew where I stood on all my matters and Anna always provided practical options and solutions in progressing my matter. My family would not have achieved the outcomes we did without the legal experience and hard work of Anna and her team.

Representation was mostly haphazard and extremely stressful. I was recovering from serious illness and surgery, however no allowances were made by the court during this time nor was I aware such allowances should have been requested and would have granted given the seriousness of my condition. I was only recently made aware of those from another source. Our case settled a few years ago and following final judgement I contacted NS requesting they explain to ensure I understood correctly as I had been advised to appeal. NS responded stating they could not further assist as monies already paid to them did not cover that aspect of representation, but if I paid $10k they would not only explain orders, but provide advice regarding chances of success re: appeal. To be completely honest Myself, SC and family were concerned at trial and even moreso by certain sections awarded to cover up behaviour and self admissions by other party that NS did not object to nor expect. This was, I believe a result of my lawyer not showing up for the trial and sending a colleague, who did not know the case history. It was embarrassing, disorganised and obvious the lack of preparedness annoyed the court consderably. My SC was absolutely amazing, but I feel he was let down enormously. Again I still don't understand the orders, secrecy sections and why the case is marked not for publication. I would err on the side of caution.
