A year ago I had the idea to protect the word "Klotzfisch" as a Trademark in Australia and in a consultation Olaf from One Intellectual Property explained to me the whole application process and in the end he put the application in. Despite the usual wait time for the Trademark Certificate of 7 months the application got an early approval not long after.
