I received their service about a year ago, but did not have time to review. I started my journey with Mr Billah ( how can I forget! ), who after receiving the payment became really difficult to get a hang of. You can never reach him by phone or through the reception. It will feel like a scam at some point. Emails from the immigration are hardly ever communicated unless the customer chases them badly. That was my case, but it could be different for others. Later case was handled by Upsana Talwani, who I am thankful to. Although the journey ended with them not in a great manner , I am grateful to Upsana. My only suggestion is if you are in hurry for the deadline or want your work to be done on time, please go to someone else or there will be never-ending chase going on almost all the time you try to reach them. I do not recommend them at all. Thanks
