Can't help someone who still has a administration order in place even though they have no problems managing there finances, how is that a problem anyway I didn't realise the government could tell you how to spend your own money even though they tax us in every way possible I gave them about 3 weeks notice of my SAT reveiw.. still not enough time I asked them for help about 48hrs after being told about the SAT reveiw still can't help. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Best thing I've done was to contact this team. Given my situation a serious complicated matter.you get a real person whom can help as much as possible. Thank you I will post the results. They gave me hope wonderful team thank ypu
Extremely poor service. I contacted them for assistance. I was handed over to a paralegal with the customer service skills of a dead parrot. She could not care less about what I had asked for assistance with and seemed confused that a client would have mental health issues. Felt the need to tell me her pronouns several times though "cause we're super into diversity didn't you know". Sure, love.
Sophie and Jenna made a lot of terrible outcomes I imagined for myself lessen. Easing my feeling of dread. I count my stars at how lucky I had them with me all the way. I would have been alone and overwhelmed, definitely with a harsh penalty. I am still feeling so good post trial and having Mt Everest off my shoulders. Thanks to two skilled and relaxing professionals with a casual aura ( We got your back Glen ) Being recluse by nature, Jenna has been opening my eyes to support and life regarding a society I had easily withdrawn from over a decade.
What a joke, very unprofessional. Took my brother on as a client to represent then decide they no longer will due to conflict of interest but send him a pdf file stating the above but can't give him a real reason behind it being a conflict of interest. Why say you'll represent someone then drop them without actual contact and a letter that doesn't state why it's a conflict of interest. Now my brother has no time to organise new legal respresentation. My brother has left multiple emails and calls with no response. You all should be ashamed and disgraced with yourselves!
