Stacks Law Firm in Tweed Heads helps individuals and local businesses with everyday legal matters. The office is run by local lawyers Tony Mitchell, Chris Clarke and David Crossan. In 2021 it merged with Wilson Haynes, adding commercial law and litigation to its work.

For individuals, the firm handles property transactions, wills and estate planning, family law, criminal law and personal injury claims, including workers compensation. For businesses, it gives advice and drafts contracts, and helps with commercial leasing, intellectual property and buying or selling a business.

The firm is part of the Stacks Law Group and its Tweed Heads roots go back to a 1997 merger of two local firms.

Stacks Law Firm has its office at Suite 15, Level 1, Wharf Central, 75 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads NSW. It serves people and businesses from Kingscliff to Pottsville, Murwillumbah, Banora Point, Coolangatta, Kirra and Tugun. As part of the Stacks Law Group, it can draw on over 90 lawyers in more than 25 offices across New South Wales and Queensland.

The firm works in property and conveyancing, wills, estate planning and disputed estates, family law, criminal law, business law and personal injury. Personal injury work covers motor accidents, workers compensation, public liability and medical negligence. Business work includes contracts, commercial leasing and buying or selling a business. The group says many of its professionals are Accredited Specialists, and it promotes upfront costs with no hidden fees.
