Avoid Top Gun Conveyancing at All Costs Our experience with Top Gun Conveyancing has been extremely stressful and frustrating. We engaged them for our property settlement, clearly specifying joint tenancy in the legal transfer forms. Despite this, they mistakenly registered the property as tenants in common, causing significant legal complications and a great deal of hassle for us. We were the ones to discover their error, not them. When we brought it to their attention, the firm acknowledged the mistake but showed no urgency in resolving it. For over a month, we had to repeatedly follow up to get any updates. They could not provide a clear timeline for correction and avoided taking responsibility for their mistake. Communication with the firm was shockingly unprofessional. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive when we sought clarification or assistance. Even when we requested basic support, like helping us complete necessary statutory declarations, they refused and suggested we sort it out ourselves. Attempts to escalate the matter to the director were met with the same rude behavior, including phone calls being abruptly hung up. While they claim they are not charging for the correction, we already paid them to do the job correctly in the first place. Their repeated mistakes have caused us unnecessary stress, wasted our time, and created additional legal complications. If you value professionalism, accountability, and peace of mind, stay far away from Top Gun Conveyancing.
