Called and spoke with receptionist on a Friday and explained the situation and was told a lawyer would call me back when they came in for the day [apparently 8:30AM is too early]. I didn't receive a return call so called again at midday, was asked a few more questions and expressed the situation required some urgency but yes, it could wait if it was first thing Monday - was advised it would be first thing Monday. Monday came, and I waited and waited for that call back. To this day they've NEVER CALLED ME. I did however contact a FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL firm who responded and acted immediately. So, if you're looking for professional IR legal services don't bother with this firm.
