Curium Legal

Curium Legal helps business owners manage the legal side of their work. The firm supports start-up businesses with big ideas and established businesses with up to 3000 staff.

Services cover contracts, business sales and purchases, employment matters, franchising, shareholder agreements, trade marks and more. Sarah Gee leads the firm. The team looks at each client's whole business, goals and risks before it gives advice or drafts a document.

The firm does not charge by the billable hour and does not use templates. Each contract is written for the client's business in plain English, so clients can understand what they are signing.

The office is at 170 Queen Street in Bendigo, Central Victoria. The firm also works with clients across Australia.

The firm works mainly on business law, including contract preparation and review, business sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, franchising, leasing, intellectual property licences and trade marks. It also gives employment law advice, such as help with performance management, terminations and redundancies. Sarah Gee holds an LL.B (First Class Honours) and is a GAICD. The firm says it does not use templates or charge by the billable hour.
